Training Day Last Weekend
We had a grueling training day last Saturday on a gorgeous August 16th! We rode approximately 46 miles from Des Plaines to Elmhurst and back on the Des Plaines River Trail, the Illinois Prairie Path and the Salt Creek trail. I'm still learning my bike computer... if you can't tell by the fact that it was in kilometers the whole day... it's fixed now though! haha
